Black box pop-up showing every once a while.

Hello guys so a few weeks ago my little brother was downloading some games on my pc and then all of a sudden this black pop-up appears, it appears on startup, it shows up every few minutes, No antivirus could detect it as a threat, Can anyone help me get rid of it? Thanks.
