So I came into $11,000 and my son asked to borrow some which I ended up lending him $4000, and he agreed to pay me back each week, I also gave him another $4000 to buy a car for me, he said he bought one but just kept ignoring me I have since found out that he never bought me a car and has kept the money and has now blocked me on everything, he knew how much this money meant to me, I'm beyond devastated and angry that he could do this, is there anything I can do like press charges ? And technically I gave him the money for his car can I take it ?
