Hello! I want a custom skin but I'm terrible at making skins so I need some help xd

I already have the perfect suit (it's a slim/Alex arm model), but I want to change the head completely. I want a giant, highly detailed eye in the center of the head

Here are the details for the head:

Background (Sclera): Pure black.

Pupil: Bright red.

Details: Bloodshot red veins stretching out from the center. If you can use the outer layer/second layer to give the eye or the veins some depth and shading to make it look detailed, that would be awesome!
