I recently took apart a 2005 1200 XLC I split the case and found what I was looking for a worn shift shaft. I was having a lot of problems shifting the bike into second gear. Upon taking the crank out I noticed small cranks along the bearing race I removed the retaining ring and the bearing fell apart. I have never seen anything like this before and was curious if anyone else has. I’m in Wichita so I’ll be taking the crank to truett and Osborn to get balanced.
