For those who have an HRCI certification, and complete recertification via continuing learning, what do you use for the business credits requirement?

I’m looking for general ideas (types of activities or training that works), or specifics if you have one you took recently. Especially if it’s any of their free webinars, I’ve been loving those.

I’m looking for a book rec for my 15yo son, who is generally not a reader (a true bummer for me, let me tell you). He did enjoy The Outsiders, and when I asked him what about it he liked, he shared that it was about kids his age, class struggles, cliques, and an interesting story.

Any recs for books with a similar vibe? I’m curious about more contemporary fiction as well.
