Lately, I’ve been thinking about this idea even more. For someone whose dream was to one day experience living in lghorba (not for the money, but for the lifestyle), sadly my expectations haven't met reality. Consequence: bad decision after bad decision, and a career path that isn't made for me, which pushes me into depressive moments. Lately, the idea of going back to Morocco has been constantly on my mind. But I still fear regretting it later, and I wonder if it’s just a case of "the grass is always greener on the other side." Especially that I already have a secured CDI here and no idea about how’s the employment market in Morocco.
So, for those of you living abroad, have you ever thought about going back? If so, did that feeling fade away over time, or is it still there?
