I've been trying to do windmill for almost 4 months, I struggle when I get to the freeze position, I can't get back onto my back without stopping or having my feet touch the floor.

I am trying to keep spinning when I get on my stomach but I keep getting stuck and when I try to kick my hips up higher during the transition, I just fall back onto my elbow after and can't keep spinning.

I am struggling to keep the momentum going
