Does anyone else think it's an utter disgrace that the 1% in local bargaining for second-level teachers due last September has yet to be implemented? The primary school teachers got it at the start of the summer by means of restoring some of the allowances in Gaeltacht schools and Gaelscoileanna as well as others. Now that the ASTI is on board with the new LC I find it very hard to take that nothing has been said over the summer.
