So my cos is with home office for renewal. My manager has applied on 20th march. June 6 is when my visa expires.

So the COS is still not here. This is an extension case, last time it came on 22nd may because my employer applied for license.

Can i apply for my visa without cos. Add cover letter, proofs etc for cos.

I need to know how risky it is. Please tell me when should i apply also if someone has done it added cos later how and what they did.

Are there any legit not so expensive lawyers or immigration officer who can help in cos? Or tell real advice to extend visa till cos comes. If there are free good support lawyers that would help too.

Very urgent as visa expires on 6th june.

My sisters visa expires on 6th june. She is on skilled visa. Her employer has applied for extension and cos but no reply and delay.

What she should do? Is there any good solicitor or immigration expert that could help? She wrote to the MP, she replied that they have emailed home office already.

Hey everyone my sister’s skwv expires on June 6. She is applying for extension from same employer. They have applied COS. But as of today no reply. She wrote to the MP, they said they have emailed home office regarding the same that they have written to the home office.

What are the options she can use now. Also any consultant legal people who can help.
