Is there a faster way to get the kills without actually pickaxing their health down all the way

Hello everyone ,I normally play on a iPad but when I’m at work I happened to log in on my iPhone and noticed that the progress on my iPhone was wrong for instance I cleared the transport hub and went home and used the materials on the settlement and added more resources to my work benches, but when I logged onto my iPhone later at work it showed that I had cleared the transport hub and I was still there ,does anyone know why this happened and is it possible to play on both iPad and iPhone with the same progress?

I seen a player kill a mini boss in a 160 zone with like 2 shots from a shotgun I believe to be from an event ,does anyone have an idea with shotgun it might be aswell as the build

After 2 times of replaying the heist it says that if I leave matches it will consider me a bad sport and place me in a bad sports lobby ,anyone have any insight on how many times I can replay the heist for someone before that happens
