Foot pain after weight bearing again

I was told I was good to walk around my house no boot. I just moved houses the other day, I had help and I was wearing my boot while doing so but I was definitely weight bearing. Felt fine. I sleep with my boot off now, and walk around the house now with no boot but now my foot is hurting across the top which is new. I had two screws installed, PT guy told me my foot was really sturdy now so maybe I got ahead of myself? Pains not unbearable but definitely sore. Before I began using my foot again I had next to zero pain. I know I shouldn’t have been moving and putting that much weight through my foot, but waddya do. Just hoping pain subsides, anyone else have a throbby foot after getting out of their boot?

Ankle pain

I’ve been wearing a boot now for over 2 months. And now am able to walk without the boot, my foot itself feels fine. I had surgery done and two screw installed. The only pain I have walking is in my ankle when that foot goes behind. Is ankle pain normal? I was n. A motorcycle accident, had many X-rays done surely they wouldn’t have missed that
