I run a small online business, and over the last few weeks my order count has increased. Earlier, payments were smooth, but now some customers are complaining that their payments are failing. I’ve been using Cashfree till now and am facing these issues as the business grows. Would switching to another payment gateway like Razorpay make a difference in handling higher traffic? I’d like to understand how this is usually handled when a business starts growing.
