Topical fin and oral min. Getting worse

Being on oral min 2.5 for some time and added topical fin last October using every other day for couple months. Microneedling and antifungal shampoo weekly. I think I am getting worse. first 2 pictures are today other 2 from November. Please advice should I keep going ?
