Stolen sales from Real Estate company

I had an agent who worked with me for a few weeks - he hadn’t signed any agreements with me yet as he was still in the process of cancelling his previous labour card

Long story short he went into our CRM and contacted hot leads from the system informing them that my company was closing and that they need to close their deals with him via another company

2x buyers did this and I lost out on 300,000 aed in commission

I have all the evidence of the leads in my crm & him closing via the other agency

Is there anything is can actually do about this? Is there any law for unjust enrichment? How about data fraud? Or theft of company data?

Need advice - police report or civil case

Will try and keep this short

- last year i incorporated a real estate company and brought a friend from the UK to run it
- He was entitled to a profit share
- he had no money so we created a loan agreement that he could drawdown and would repay through sales made in real estate
- i invested significant sums into marketing and leads
- after a year his loan was 130k
- A buyer came through our property finder and CRM and i allocated it to him
- the buyer signed a contract B with my company and the deal was done as far as i was concerned
- i travelled out of country on business and when i returned
- he took this buyer and closed the deal with another real estate company to avoid paying my loan
- now he wont answer calls or messages
- he owes me 130k in loans and 94k was generated from the deal he took
- he still uses my company phone and deleted all evidence of him on the company socials to delete evidence he worked in the company
- im aware he has used the money to buy a mercedes
- he has misrepresented to his new employer that the sale came from his instagram

Notes
- We didnt have a signed loan agreement but i have all the banking records and payments for his rent
- he didnt have an employment contract as he was a partner in the business

Do you think the police would take this case? What route would be best to recover?
