Deactivated Account Issue
I was enjoying being part of Ethos for 7 weeks in Artifacts Eval project and did my best. As far as I remember I got one or two feedbacks that were successfully corrected and accepted. Then the last feedback came for one of my early tasks which was evaluating my work according to latest directions. I corrected everything and send it. Then another feedback for the same task came asking the same things which I ameliorated more my work. Then my account put in review and finally I was off-boarded just because my work did not match standards.
By the time my account was in review, Ethos sent me three more screeners for another project that I passed successfully.
The weird thing at the end of the off-boarding time my account was deactivated. I sent a query about the problem and the answer was it shouldn’t be deactivated and they would solve the problem.
It’s been one week that my account is deactivated and couldn’t login with no resolution. Ethos is currently keeping sending me new opportunities.
I must state that I like the time I passed with them but I am completely disappointed due to their support activity incompetency.
