We’re a group of people looking for a store selling colourful stockings, stay ups and tights! We have tried finding underwear shops but all of them only sell stockings and stay ups in very nude and dark colors. Are there any good shops for this in Brussels?

We’re a couple of travellers who will be switching trains in Hamburg on the night between Saturday and Sunday. We arrive at around 00 and will be taking a train at around 07, and we don’t have money or time really to rent anything.
So, do you have any recommendations on where to stay/hang about during the night? (Or where not to)
We did a similar stop last week and realised that being outside of the central station is not very nice since there are a lot of non-sober people. We got Schanzenviertel recommended to us by a couple of strangers saying it’s nice if you’re young, is that true or is it mostly partying?
