I am looking for reliable shipping services to ship products from Turkey to Russia.

Trying to map how people actually run this as a service. Specifically: how do you handle CRM connection, doc ingestion, and per-client customization without rebuilding from scratch every time? Curious to hear what tools you stitch together and where the time really goes.

I've deployed a few OpenClaw-based agents and the setup keeps eating 1-2 weeks per client even though the actual logic is simple. Curious what others find hardest — is it the CRM connection, ingesting their docs, defining workflows, or something else? And does anyone have a process that gets it under 1 day?
