Volkswagen Schwimmwagen.

The Volkswagen Schwimmwagen was the most produced amphibious military vehicle of World War II. Approximately 15,000 were manufactured between 1942 and 1944. Only in Hessisch Oldendorf can so many survivors be seen gathered in one place and traveled for miles along the Weser River, just as they were designed to.

US Tourist in Ljubljana, Slovenia Faces Police Investigation After Harming Protected Bird and Laughing It Off

Sparrows flying around outdoor tables at cafés in Ljubljana is completely normal, and they are legally protected here.

While sitting at a café, an American cyclist from a nearby table stood up and intentionally stomped a sparrow, who was minding his own business, eating crumbs off the floor. The bird was half dead and still barely moving on the ground. The dude casually picked it up with a paper towel, threw it into the trash can, and his two friends just laughed about it. When local witnesses confronted him, he literally said, "So what?"

The story has completely blown up over here, and local police and animal welfare authorities are actively investigating. I just hope this story gets some global traction so these people face actual consequences.
