Did anyone got their tight back muscles released?

I have l5-s1 spondy with pars fracture and degenerative discs 4,5 my lumbar and glutes are so tight that my glutes are pulling my knee caps outwards which gave me patellar maltracking.. tight for 2 years, daily routine of stretching 5 sets 30 secs. Nothing works so far..

What kind of phone number is this?

I want to buy something from France using a forwarding company. They have a French phone number and their address is in Roissy-en-France

The problem is the phone number they provide is like this : 33483xxxxxx

Whenever I paste it on the online store, the last digit gets deleted, then I see the website added +1

How many digits do French phone numbers have? How do I write the phone number correctly including the last 6 digits I substituted with x?

Is leg extension machine totally safe?

I read on here that it causes ACL tear. Since then I became careful with it, I started going to the gym a year ago for pt, started with total muscle atrophy. Now my weight on leg extension is only 21kgs, 9 sets a week of 12 reps.

I really want to push harder but scared so I go slow. It takes several months for me to add 1 or 2 kgs. Am I doing it right?

Type 1&3 collagen. I recently bought 3 bottles and they arrived in the heat where I live so I am not sure if they do come with an odor or odorless. Before discarding them I need to make sure they are bad.

Spondy with pars fracture l5-s1 , degenerative discs 4,5 and now I suffer from a vertebra that moved in my middle back but didn't go to check coz nothing will be done.. i do pt on my own. My spondy is 3 year old now..

When sitting either tilted or not there is always this pain in the back and on sides. I figured on the sides were muscles, but the back I couldn't decide, either muscles, disc tissues or bones.. anyways I figured i would just flatten both muscles with my hands and that literally eased sitting.. the problem is all muscles are tight but when I stretching them it made things worse, the vertebra in the middle slipped even more and cozed more problems, then I had to search if stretching core muscles was ok till I saw a doctor on tiktok saying cobra pose does make things worse and more slippage for the spondy. I stopped stretching all together. Just on my back i would do lumbar stretches and thats all..

Do you guys have similar experience just flattening the muscles everytime you sit down?
