Nighthawk CM3000 Modem getting locked on ATDMA Upstream Channel
My Netgear CM3000 is failing to lock onto upstream OFDMA and is stuck on ATDMA, causing a 6 Mbps upload throttle. I need a Digital Care team member to check my account's rate codes and manually push the Next-Gen bootfile. Can a Digital Care team member please assist me?
