Decided to level an alt through BFA, my alliance Evoker. Once I take the ship to Boralus there's no quest turn-in, and Jaina teleports me back onto the boat if I try to leave.

Does everyone need to talk to the guy to start it? Just one person? Does it need to be the leader? I don't actually know how it works and don't want to embarrass myself.

It took being near-bis, just missing a single accessory augment, along with 25% echo (probably doable with 20% with bis and better play), and I took him out during the last Paradeigma. The add phase, surprisingly, was not hard at all, being doable without any echo. The start of it also marks the 3-minute point of the fight, to jump off to build echo.
