First ever backpacking trip

Im looking for my first backpacking pack. I go camping all the time. Have all the gear. Just not sure what size pack to get. Frame vs no frame. Roll top or traditional zippered. How important is torso length.
My gear list is:
Jetboil Fuel and mountain house meals
Nemo ultralight chair
Thermarest neoloft pad
Osmo 1p ultralight tent
Some down 15 degree sleep bag
Clothes. And essentials and rain jacket and other camp supplies.
Along with my full frame camera. Lens. And tripod. Eventually would like to get a drone.
I’m 30. 5’9” 160lbs. 285 max budget. I hope all that information helps. And any suggestions would be appreciated thanks everyone.

What lighting to use in restaurant content?

I’m doing a restaurant shoot plates of food. Detailed shots. and they asked if I have lights. What should I rent? I mostly shoot landscape so I’ve never used any lights before

How do I handle paid work??

I’m having my first ever paid job. For a new restaurant I agreed to do all new top down plate photos for free since I have no previous experience and proof of skills. But they asked me to do more travel and adventure style content. Think hiking. Camping. Skiing. All with their food and branding in mind. That stuff they agreed to pay me on.

But should I write up a contract? Or wait for them to just give me a number? Its seasonal work so new content during spring. Summer. Winter and so on. Assuming on a steady basis. I’d be driving a lot. Setting up. Taking photos and videos. Editing. How do I price it? Per mile? Per picture? This is all new to me so actually advice and help would be appreciated.

Considering lifty work or parking attendant. Advice?

I’m 30 this year. I’ve only been snowboarding a few times. Last time I tore my shoulder so still a beginner.

I work a fake soul sucking desk job. I want to travel and work seasonal jobs. Considering ski resorts. On the outside it seems chill. Low stress. Not the best pay but if I want 30 dollars an hour I have to go be a mechanic somewhere since that’s my background. and I’d rather not.

I currently live in my car. And I’m curious if that’s doable through an entire winter while also working out in the cold. I don’t want to pay 700-800 for housing I’m never at since I’m at work paying for that housing I’m not at. Where’s the logic. If anyone has done that let me know. Could you actually save some money vanlife living? I don’t drink. I don’t “party” I’d spend most my money on healthy food since ski resorts are not known for nutrition.

On top of that I have unique digestive issues for the last 2 years undiagnosed by our wonderful healthcare system in the states. I unfortunately need the restroom often and for long periods of time. In a fake desk job that’s no issue. But I worry I’d be let go or have to quit if I need to just leave a lift for an hour to handle things on a regular basis.

I’m in Utah so I have the two cottonwoods. And park city. I’m also considering targhee and Jackson hole resort.

Thanks for reading and any advice is appreciated.
