Hi everyone,

I have a Crestron AV3 with a TSW-1060 and the system is currently working.
I only need to edit a few buttons on the touch panel, but I don’t have the original editable VT Pro-e project.

Can I retrieve the currently deployed project from the TSW-1060 or AV3 and open/convert it into an editable VT Pro-e project?
I don’t want to rebuild the whole project just to change a few buttons.

I’m enabling GlobalProtect certificate authentication. The certificate SAN contains the user’s UPN (username@domain), while users normally log in with just their username.

Authentication succeeds, but the user isn’t matched to the correct AD groups, so the expected IP pool isn’t assigned.
LDAP Group Mapping is already configured with sAMAccountName as the primary username and userPrincipalName as an alternate username.
Has anyone experienced this, and what was the recommended solution?

I'm studying for the CCNP ENCOR 350-401 v1.2 I'm struggling with QoS and SDN (especially SD-Access, SD-WAN, LISP, and VXLAN).

I've watched several courses, but I still don't feel I truly understand how these technologies work together or how to answer the scenario-based exam questions.

What resources (books, courses, Cisco Live sessions, labs, YouTube channels, etc.) helped these topics finally "click" for you?

I booked my CCNP ENCOR (350-401) exam, but I can’t find the Cisco Exam Safeguard option anywhere.
Is Exam Safeguard still available for CCNP ENCOR, or has it been discontinued? If it’s still available, can I purchase it after already booking the exam, or did I need to buy it beforehand?

I’m running a FortiGate 2600F HA pair on FortiOS 7.6.6.
I recently broke and rebuilt the HA cluster due to a VDOM issue. After moving the interfaces back to the root VDOM, everything appears to be working correctly.
However, I can no longer configure mgmt2 as the HA management interface. When I run:

config system ha
config ha-mgmt-interfaces
edit 1
set interface ?

I can see mgmt1, ha1, ha2, and all data ports, but mgmt2 is missing.

The strange part is that my old configuration backup shows mgmt2 was previously configured as the HA management interface and worked without issue.
Has anyone seen this before on 7.6.6 or after rebuilding an HA cluster?

Hi all,

Yesterday I noticed that my FortiGate HA cluster went into an out-of-sync state.

I tried recalculating the HA checksums on both nodes and also rebooted the secondary unit, but the cluster is still showing out of sync.

Has anyone experienced this before? Is this a known bug in FortiOS 7.6.6, or is there another troubleshooting step I might be missing?
