Day 1 of a 6 day reservation. Guest sends a picture of a bug he apparently found in our bed. The picture of the bug is of bedding that is clearly not the bedding we have in our home. The material doesn't match anything we have in the house...

Do I report this to Airbnb to get ahead of it? We were just at the home for a week prior to his stay and had no bug issues. We were working on the home and cleaning extensively.

This guest has asked a ton of questions and asked for a ~$75 discount up front for a $1000 reservation. I gave it to him because the dates were likely to go unbooked otherwise. Am I crazy or is he planning to demand a refund from Airbnb on the last day? He has 2 previous stays and 0 reviews, which I also found odd.
