Jaz just listed her Hampton Bays house for sale about $135k more than what she paid just last year. After all the renovations, I would imagine that is not a break even investment for her. I would also guess she’s trying to follow Halley to Sag Harbor.

On her podcast she talks about how she’s now paying for the $900 Tracy Anderson membership and says “whatever it’s also a full tax write off”. Girl just bc you film content there sometimes does not make it a defensible tax write off. I’m waiting for the day for the IRS to come after these influencers.
