I’m trying to help my family a bit by freelancing and earning some side money while i finish my studies, however i seem to cant find clients i tried cold dms once in insta only a few replied and only one of then bought a vid
I aimed for not too popular pages but also not too less pages
Any tips?

Im 15 and i’ve been working out for around 3 months now and i’ve seen some great progress
However i had gotten injured and havent touched a weight since 5 days now i did do some light exercises like knee pushups sit ups and other body exercises
Does someone have a good workout plan for me? To get back
