I haven't gone out much in the world too so i barely have any connections or network that could guide me .

Hello , will be travelling to Haridwar and Rishikesh in next weeks or so and we want to stay in an Ashram for one night in both the cities.. What is the procedure looks like? And does anyone have any experience in this? Any suggestions and opinions would be really helpful
