I will start this off by saying that I am on meds, and I am doing neurofeedback therapy to address my anxiety and anger.

I am so freaking tired of feeling like I am on a hair trigger. Anything can set me off, throw me into a black mood, and I end up with the urge to respond with overwhelming force. I want to find peace, I want to find balance but it seems like my default setting is towards rage. Driving, going to the waterpark, going to COSTCO, my children having temper tantrums. It’s so freaking hard. I want to be a better person, I don’t want to be mad Dad. I am retiring from the Military because this hair trigger isn’t what my Sailors deserve and my family deserves a father that is better.

I don’t really have a question, but I am open to advice.
