so my dad accidentally bought 70$ worth of extra usage instead of buying my pro renewal. ive been trying to get in touch with customer support to change my payment to subscription instead of extra usage (idk if that’s possible but im still trying) and its been 12 hours since i last got a message saying that someone from their human support will help me. What can i do about this?

not really looking to meet anyone( ik this sub name but still) i just had some dumb questions as im starting as an intern there on monday
