I just had my first dry orgasm and it felt good but weird Nothing came out My question is where does it go and what happens to it

I finally got my catheter out today and so far I’m only leaking every once in a while NEVER EVER do I want a catheter in me again

I’m home now from having my prostate removed on May 8th Lots of walking and water I’m on stool softeners and everything is good so far The only problem is that I feel a lot of pressure on my stomach where the robot was inserted into my stomach

I had my surgery today and it went better than I expected Ty for all the advice that was given

I’m going to have surgery Friday morning to remove my prostate I found out that I have cancer Anyone who has had this experience please let me know what you went through and give me some do’s and don’ts I’m 66 years old and I’m nervous about the surgery and having to wear a catheter for a week or more Any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you
