SBCH F2 Outdoor Day 81

Grown out from a tricot seedling!

My first time growing an auto. I grew photos for the first time last year and didn't like babysitting them from May to October and stressing about pm and bud rot for the months that it took to flower. This SBCH grew much larger in much less time.

I would've preferred to let it go for a little longer but I started to notice bud rot developing on a cola or two every couple days.

I'd love to hear any feedback, advice, or thoughts.

Grown in an earthbox with sunshine #4, amended with dr. earth tomato mix, worm castings, biochar, and bokashi bran.

Orange Portal x Granite Gas F6 Day 47

My second time growing an auto.

As soon as she sprouted there was a 96 hour power outage. I think she got stunted but I'm pleasantly surprised by how much she was able to catch back up. Seems like stretch is ending and this is her final size.

Curious to hear anyone's feedback or thoughts.

Smells like pine/gasoline initially with a lingering smell of artificial candy like airheads or nerds

Stunted?

This is my orange portal x granite gas on day 33. I had a 4 day power outage as soon as the seed sprouted so it was in complete darkness.

I was hoping to catch back up, but I think my veg time is coming to an end since pistils have just started forming at each node and at the top of each branch.

Would you call this stunted? Do I still have more time to put on size and fill more of my space?

Dry sift in the puffco?

I recently received this image in an email. I thought people advised against putting dry sift, especially as green as the image shows, into the puffco. This picture claims it can handle it all, does anyone have experience using dry sift in their device?

Preventing Bud Rot Outdoors?

I'm growing this gummy clusters (day 40) outdoors and I'm in a humid and rainy area so bud rot is a major concern of mine.

How do you guys prevent bud rot when growing outdoors? I'm thinking about lollipopping and/or schwazzing soon. I know that I have been very behind on training (haven't done any at all) but I'm amazed at how even the canopy turns out when left to grow on its own.

Outage Creates World's Unhappiest Seedling

Almost as soon as the seedling shed the seed, the power went out. Power isn't estimated to come back until more than 96 hours later.

Rest in peace granite gas f6 x orange portal, maybe I'll replace it with granite haze f6 x orange portal.

Plant # per 4x4?

How many plants would you recommend in a 4x4 in earthboxes (15gal SIP)?

I already popped a granite gas x orange portal. My other options are terp sneeze f2, sour black cherry haze f2, dreamcast f2, gummy clusters, and sapphyre.

Do Seedlings Need Hardening Off For Outdoors?

I'm starting Gummy Clusters and Sapphyre to grow outdoors. I'm using the Speed Starting Kits, and I'm not sure if the instructions are meant for indoor or outdoor plants.

At what point would you start hardening off the seedlings or do you transplant them directly outdoors? My seeds have just sprouted and poked a root through the plug, about 48 hours after sowing them.

Gummy Clusters or "Slamberry x Terp Sneeze"

I was looking at growing some Gummy Clusters (parents are Slamberry and Terp Sneeze), but then I noticed that I received a freebie a while ago called "Slamberry x Terp Sneeze."

If these technically have the same parents, what is the difference? My guess would be that the freebie is more of a prototype and the Gummy Clusters is more of a polished end result, but I would love to hear from someone more knowledgeable than myself.

Roaches in Soil?

I have about 500 roaches (not the bug) that I tossed into an empty fabric pot throughout the winter, is there any use for them? Could they be mixed into soil for aeration or composted or do they just need to be thrown out?
