Notes/relevant info:
- 6’0 178lbs
- smoke only on special occasions
- Ive been taking oral minoxidil/finasteride and retatrutide (last dose 4 days before symptoms) on and off for a couple months with no previous side effects.
- I had surgery for a broken finger ~2 weeks before symptoms presented, have been under anesthesia before with no side effects
- I have hsv1 in my lip which flares up from time to time; it flared up exactly when symptoms started presenting

5/9 - hives started breaking out at nighttime - severe itchiness, bumps, and redness. Took 50mg Benadryl which seemed to help

5/10 - woke up ok, some itchy areas, slowly figured out that scratching/irritating skin anywhere on my body would cause a red itchy welt. Usually disappears completely within 10 mins.

Based on my research this could be an autoimmune thing, but I don’t want to jump to conclusions and be a hypochondriac. I’ve never had acne or any skin issues. Any help is appreciated.
