What material can I use to decrease backspin.
I have seen teams attaching different materials in their shooter hood to decrease backspin. I have seen they are using copper but i could not find any thin copper near me. What alternatives can i use.

We tried fully silicon
We tried these silicon intake wheels. It worked fine but it is not as fast as the mechanum wheels that most teams are using on fun ftc. Would anyone share CAD of their mechanum wheels that worked fine for them (prefereably 48, 49, 50 mm
I have seen teams are using servos for turret. Are they because they don’t have to be tuned, another motor can be used for intake or are they fast or what else. We have been using goBilda motors and they are working okay for us. Are there any other benefits of servos. Can someone who used both tell me the difference and the reason. Also, i know a lot of teams are using aluminium for their robot. Why they are not using other light materials like carbon. Is it because of cost or what? What are the carbon’s disadvantages? And can carbon be used with pocketing.
