I am a fan from India, so yes I do not follow most games since they are at 1:30 am, or at very odd timings. I do try to follow the team as much as I can.

I am soo sick and tired of the team now. I dont say they arent trying, sure they are but the quality of performance just is not there. For a lot of players its a question of consistency, but theres a chunk that does not feel at the level at all.

Going from Immobile, Luis Alberto, Milinkovic Savic, Felipe Anderson and many more, to whatever is going on right now. Half the times I feel the defense is in shambles, if not, everything is in shambles.

I could be wrong here, but I feel Dia, Noslin, Dele Bashiru etc are kind of lucky to be playing for us. Noslin once in a while performs well, but again, consistency.

Following the success of various european teams, I feel we need a change, as well as we need a spanish coach. They are performing relatively well.

Last time I had hope was in the coppa italia final (very little) and the Europa league run we had, before we, like idiots lost to bodo glimt (they are a great team) in pens. Where we had Taty limping for like last 30 mins or so.

I am just ranting and stating how I feel right now, so if any corrections or additions are there, please do so.

So as the title says, I am a prefinal year chemical engineering undergrad and I need some help. I am currently doing my degree at a tier 1 college in India. (5th semester is yet to start)

I am very interested to join Lanxess (germany), but they do not come to our campus for placements. However, they do have an office in India.

How realistic is it for me to get an offer through off campus? Currently my grade is 7.88/10 or 3.152/4. Based on our curriculum we are going to have our specialization courses soon. Which is why I have kept other options open as well.

Do I have a chance of getting an internship or an offer to work there through their career portal? What skillset would I require? As well as which concepts should I have a very strong grasp in? Or do I need to pursue for a masters degree?

Please do feel free to correct me if I have missed to mention any other key detail.

I feel the college has been taking way too many decisions that have been affecting our life without proper interaction with us students. This has been from the fixed mess menu for all the messes( which could have been used by the messes to lower their quality etc) but I think all messes should have a different menu, setting of the curfew just before Ragam. Even though certain new and good facilities such ass the laundry have been set up to ease our lives. Decisions such as closure of the C gate, mandatory mess registration and limited mess signoffs (we can only signoff 2 times a month, they even tried to remove the signoff option before). While I am not against the curfew much the timing of when they introduced, just before Ragam was a clear sign that they were using their institutional power that if we dont comply, they cancel Ragam. The same followes for the closure of the C gate. I feel we must have a chat and express our opinions as well, strongly.
