I cannot get my Astro A50s to work on my Xbox Series S. They work perfectly fine on my PC. I have my firmware up to do date. I have a usb c in the A50 docking station connected to my Xbox series s usb A port. I have tried multiple different usb c to usb a cords, I have tried every port in my Xbox. I have tried resetting the Xbox cache by unplugging the system’s power cord for 5 minutes. I have tried switching the docking station from PC to Xbox to PS back to Xbox with no luck. I never get a pop up on my Xbox recognizing the device. No audio no mic connection, just the crossed out microphone. Please help.

Ironically my $20 turtle beach headset that connects via aux cable into my controller works just fine
