(For context I am a certified native English speaking teacher with 8 years IB experience and all the relevant PD to match)

I have recently signed up again for search associates to find a position for the coming academic year, having used it before a few years ago.

My problem is I never get any response or interest shown when applying through their platform. Whenever I send applications independently or through sites like TES I often get interviews, but I have never had an interaction with a school from search.

Am I doing something wrong in my applications or is search associates just not the place to send applications?
