And tall barbers here ever made a platform to put your chair on to raise the height by a couple inches? I like my chair but it doesn’t go high enough especially for short clients. I’m just a bit worried that a platform will make the chair more likely to tip over if I need to recline a big client for a beard trim. Should I just buy a new chair?

Curious how the fully booked guys in here rearrange their clients when they need to take a couple days off. Do you put all ur clients back at the end of the line, work extra late once ur better to catch up, work an extra day, bump EVERYONE back a couple days? What’s your system?
