Dear r/Velina_Mains
I write to you with the most troubling day that ended in yet a delightful experience.
Today, I was roused from my slumber in the most ill opportune way and was forced to spend countless hours of the day around the house. Sweeping, cleaning, cooking in preparation of upcoming guests for my dear family member. I already take good care of the home but at the intense insistence of a certain elder of mine, I redoubled my efforts and did twice as much as usual, some of which out in the intense summer heat.
... Only to learn later that they were not coming close to their pre-announced time of arrival.
This is also to add, this was my day off from work that was, more or less, wasted. After finding myself eating a dinner I did not wish, I partook to frolic in new Eridu, just enjoying the remnants of my day.
I pulled for our dear lord and lady Velina, at 90 pity, not expecting to receive a reply from her, after my prior message was consumed by a feline thiren at 90 pity and dodging her presence for well over 2 years. As well this was after meeting an old friend, a construct who had recently gone through an astounding looking transformation.
Imagine my surprise when my results ended with a golden aura as I gaze upon her form and figure out of the blue of a dreary day, tired and with a migraine coming along.
Stunned and rather tired, I looked to her w-engine banner...
"Dare I?" I thought to myself. I only have 10 pulls left and the pity was at 57. Surely it wouldn't happen again.
I dared. I dared to dream a listless dream that tugged at my worn heart. That felt the goddess of good fortune's smile upon this soul in the dead of night. I swallowed my fears and pulled.
Luck smiled upon me.
I received her love and the fair ladies engine in such a short manner, I'm still haunted by the luck I have this fair evening's night.
I did not come to simply brag. For the fair lady would not approve. I came to share the whirlwind of emotions that erupted from me this night before I retire for the evening.
