Recommend me 22L lightweight backpack please

My Brevite backpack (in the photo) finally gave up after 10 years. The stitchings are undone and I dont think i can use it for my next travel.
So, Im looking for new travel backpack that will also hold my camera insert. Will also use it sparingly for commute to work.
Here’s my requirement:
Style: backpack with sternum strap
Colour: not black (it’s too boring)
Weight: under 1kg or 2.2lbs
Capacity: ~22L
Features:
-Front pocket/pouch to store powerbank/passport/keys etc
-16” laptop holder
-Easily accessible water bottle slot (preferably with strap on top that can double up as tripod holder but not necessary)
-Has some degree of rain proofing
at the moment, Im considering:
-Moment everything 21L - love everything about it but wish their front pocket is slightly easier to access
-Wandrd prvke pocket 21L - love the front pocket though it’s abit on the heavier side
what else should I look for?
