I have a large casserole dish of frozen enchiladas and did not take them out to thaw. I was hoping to still make them. can I reheat from frozen? What time and temperature?
Google has lots of different times and temps and some sites say you have to thaw first. any advise?

We regretfully must inform you that we will be closing the doors to Blackfin Bistro on Friday, September 25 2026.(17more days) we’ve had a wonderful run and must thank all the fabulous people that have made it possible here from guests that have become true friends …to employees who have become family.
