Looking for work in NL - 13 years IT management experience, getting zero interviews
Hi, I’ve been in the Netherlands for 10 months on a parent of a Dutch minor residence permit. I have 13 years of middle management experience in technical support and service desk environments. My Dutch is around A2.
I’ve been applying through Indeed NL and LinkedIn but haven’t received a single interview. I’m also applying outside of LinkedIn directly but still nothing.
One complication: I can’t update my LinkedIn location to Netherlands due to my current employment situation.
Any advice on what I might be doing wrong, or suggestions for job boards, recruiters, or approaches that have worked for others in a similar situation?
