If your daily routine is just "Room ➡️ Office ➡️ Room" and you just want a place to isolate, this isn't the place for you. We don't want that ghost-tenant thing. We are looking for a true home vibe—someone easy-going who is down for occasional banter, maybe hitting the court for badminton or swimming, bar hopping on weekends, and sharing a good laugh..

The Space: Huge, breezy 3BHK on the 11th floor with tons of natural light.
The View: Amazing skyline views of the tech park.
Your Setup: You get your own private washroom right next to your room.
💸 The Financials
Rent: ₹29,000 (Maintenance included)
Deposit: ₹1,00,000
Move-in: We moved in on 9th of May. Looking for someone who wants to move in immediately, can extend till 1st June as well
🎯 The Ground Rules
Cleanliness: Someone who automatically keeps common areas tidy.
Habits: Chain-smoker/regular smoker is a no-no!! Would want to keep the common area a no smoking zone preferably, we have lovely balconies for those occasional smoke up sesshhh!!
Food: We are non/vegetarians and will have a cook as well.
