Should I retake my TEAS?

I am applying for California programs for nursing for the fall of 2027 or spring of 2027. I took the TEAS for the first time without studying besides the day before and got a 94.6. I did not get much sleep last night due to some firetrucks that woke me up and made a noise for 30 minutes and I couldn't go back to sleep for 3 hours so I only had 3.5 hours of sleep according to my apple watch. When looking back on the areas to review, I remembered many of questions and realized how dumb I was to select another answer. If I retake, I think I can get a 97-98+ percent based on my evaluation if I am well rested.

My stats are 4.0 GPA, 4.0 pre req. Over 1000 hours of paid healthcare clinical experience. Bilingual. Local to the Bay Area. I have not enough community service hours.

I want to stay local to the Bay Area and get into SJSU, SFSU, or CSUEB. I know CSUEB doesn't give any more points but the other schools I think do. Is there that much of a delta if I get a 97-100 on the TEAS instead of a 94.6?
