Got these guys at a card show, and realized the holo on them goes all over the card. Is that how these are supposed to be from this era?

Picked this guy up a little ago and am wondering why the crimp is only on that corner?

I’m guessing all from the same booster? I got this while shifting through some bulk I picked up. Might send some to CGC!
