Help me decide between ED Rice and REA Stanford

Hiiii! Im a senior and I was wondering if I have a better shot at ED Rice or REA Stanford. A lot of people I ask also kinda hope bait so I was wondering if I could get some advice 🥹

Demographics: Male, Senior, Asian, Midwest, Public SUB-Urban High School, no hooks.

Intended major(s): Public Policy+ Biology (planning to take pre-med track)

Academics: SAT: 1490 (Plz don’t slime me out my schools average is like 1220 or something)😭

Class rank: 12/817 GPA: 4.00 UW, 4.23 W

Coursework: 6 APs so far, but genuinely this is near max course rigor at my school, minus 1 AP I didn’t take in freshman year. Taking 5 in my senior year for a total of 11 APs by the time I graduate

APUSH (5), APWH (5), AP Psychology (5), AP Bio (4), AP Calc AB (4), AP Lang (4), taking Physics, Gov, Micro Econ, Stats, and BC senior year

Awards:
Won 2nd place + 1k in a non-profit competition in my state
State BPA Finalist
1st place at regional science fair + state competitor
3x 1st place state-level awards in Kendo, ~1-2x 2nd/3rd place finishes in the Midwest tournaments, senior boys team won nationals second place 3x
Future Problem Solvers state champion 3x and 4x international FPS participant

Extracurriculars:
Business Professionals of America: Competed at state level 2x and recieved a final 1x
Science Fair: competed at state level 1x after winning 1st at regions
Non-profit: Created a non-profit that aims to reduce waste via composting (from that one comp)
Founded a non-profit to democratize students get more involved in the Science Fair/STEM @ my school (very interesting story about this and why its a npo vs a traditional school club but idk if its worth to mention)
Debated for 4 years (including senior year) and has captainship at the varsity level + competed at state for 3 years
National-level Kendo competitor and was promoted to youth captain of my dojo
Varsity-level Tennis, elected captain senior year. Idk if its important as well but our team won sectionals and competed at state for the first time in 25 years
Future Problem Solvers International Competitor/State Champion 4x/3x
Planning on publishing a review paper </3

Thx for y’all’s help 🥹
