Hi there, I am using deepseek currently through openrouter but found here that it's a lot more expensive due to caching. Considering making a local account notice they are expected to adopt a peak pricing. Are there any other models worth considering?

I've started making my own Reuteri Yoghurt but I am getting a yoghurt that looks strange.

Ingredients used:

• 1L Low fat UHT milk (I think this is causing issues)
• Glycerine
• Acacia Powder
• Inuline
• Starter yoghurt from first batch made using 10 biogaia gastrus tablets.

Fermentation settings:

• 36 hours
• 37°

What is this yellow stuff is it just whey seperating and how can I improve it because currently it doesn't look much like yoghurt.
