Hi! im working in front lang of ATG Makati. Im renting sa taft rn. Im torn if it is ok to lipat ng condo sa smdc jazz. Around 7-10mins walk lang sya papunta sa work. (i tried)
My sahod is around 25k lang per month

TAFT SOLO ROOM shared cr and no kitchen
- 3.8k includi utilities

Pros
- Private space
- Affordable and cheap
- One ride bus 15 pamasahe around 10-30mins commute

Cons
- Medyo madami pulubi and squatters outside
- No kitchen , di makapag cook i spend around 300/day sa meal

Do u guys think it’s reasonable to lipat?

hi! im living solo here in makati. my bf used to provide for me, like bills, everyday foods, shopping, hatid sundo sa work and paying for my condo.

now im back at a solo apartment since we broke up. my unit’s bare, walang ac, ref and all. i have savings naman and a stable work in a corporate pero i dont have the drive to invest and put it all on those things. how do u navigate solo living?
