Advice on a new box turtle habitat

I want to get a bigger enclosure for my box turtle at my school. Does anyone have advice on size or specific tanks for her?
I do let her out often to roam but an outdoor environment won’t work because she lives in a preschool.

Algae blooms every 3 weeks.

Can anyone give me advice on my 55 gallon tropical aquarium. I keep having algae blooms and I think it’s the lights🤷🏼‍♀️ the first bloom occurred after I set up the tank with no fish or plants. Now it’s happening again with fish and plants. I have a led 12v, 8.6 w bulb.
