Manager, Consultant and Client suddenly acting nicer to me
As the title says. I'm currently an analyst, about a year and a half in since joining, and my manager, consultant and client are all acting very nice (ie. telling me to log off way earlier than usual, my manager asked me if I was ready for lunch around 10 mins before 1pm, so around 15 mins before we usually go for lunch, the client came into our meeting room/makeshift office at 6.20pm and told me to go home if I was done and not to stick around too late, etc.), started happening around beginning of this month. Is this a positive sign or should I be worried ? My team members have always been nice and polite to me but I noticed a sudden shift a notch up in the niceties. I'm trying not to read too deeply into it but I want to brace myself if something bad is about to happen. I don't consider myself a top performer but I've never received any super negative feedback or anything, I was recently managing a work stream and an intern by myself and I think it went reasonably well with no hiccups or complaints. Am I about to be fired or moved to a different project ? Please help.
