Thinking of picking up this beauty second-hand and wanted to do some due diligence before committing.

Main questions:
Do you see any red flags regarding authenticity?
Do the mods negatively affect value, reliability, or resale?
What would you consider a fair market price?

I was close to buying a new baseline Strat online, but this came up locally and seems too good to pass on without checking first.

Any input from people who know Strats better than I do would be appreciated. Thanks
